Copyright and Legal Issues: It is important to note that copyright laws may apply. The restored copies of records, cassette tapes and reel to reel tapes are for your own personal use only. Unless you own the copyright commercial use is strictly prohibited. Therefore, customers agree to assume all risks and responsibility for copyright issues. In general, it is legal for an individual to make or to have made, copies for his or her own use, provided that the originals are owned by the individual. Guarantee: We use advanced software tools, experience and expertise to remove as much of the audio impairments (clicks, crackles, pops, noise, etc.) as possible from your source material. Please refer to the Disclaimers section of the Details page. The results we obtain are guaranteed to be consistent with your expectations. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us. We will work with you to understand and resolve your complaint. Other Considerations: We treat all your source materials with the utmost care. Some material can be very fragile and Canine Studio makes every effort to minimize further degradation of the source material. No liability will be assumed for loss or damage to original materials supplied by the customer. All CDRs are burned according to the Red Book standard and will be playable on audio CD players that conform to the Red Book standard. Some CD players and some DVD players may not be able to play CDR's. Canine Studio will not make any material restored by Canine Studio available to anyone other than the paying customer. |
